Southwest Egg Scramble


                                                         These Southwest Breakfast Burritos are packed with the BEST flavors! Southwest Egg Scramble
Butter
Eggs
Peppers
Onions
Turkey bacon(optional)

1. Cook bacon strips in air fryer then crumble into small pieces
2. Saute' onions and peppers in 1 tbsp of butter 
3. Add eggs
4. Add salt and pepper
5. Scramble
6. Top with turkey bacon

You can prepare just enough for you, or make a batch large enough to feed your family.  The kids may want to add cheese to their portion, Plate and top with parsley.  Drink a tall glass of water or enjoy with a nice cup of hot tea.
