Week One Wellness Plan



 September 14th - September 20th 

Wake Up Early! Give Yourself 1 Extra Hour In The Morning To Start Your Wellness Routine. My Day will Start At 6AM

6AM- Wake up and get dressed in workout clothes

          Drink Water

          1 gallon motivational water bottle

          Meditate/Pray

          

7AM- Eat breakfast

          Drink water 

          Drink hot tea

          Start GIDB playlist

          Press Play Boss!

8AM- Workout (30 mins)

          Work It Out Boss!

          Drink water

9AM- Start Day (WERK!)

10AM- Snack

           Drink water

1PM- Lunch

         Drink water

2PM- Mid-day Breathing Exercise

          4-7-8 Breaths

3Pm- Snack

          Drink water

5PM- Return Messages

          Closeout WERK day

6PM- Dinner

          Drink water

9PM- Stretch and Breathe

          5 Min Bedtime Yoga For Better Sleep

It's important that you get a good night's rest! Schedule your day to get at least 8 hours of sleep.  I don't know what helps you sleep but I need a dark and quiet room with just the right temperature.  Drink a small glass of water right before you do your bedtime yoga and don't forget your bedtime prayers!  This routine will carry on throughout our 4 week wellness series.  Make sure you hit the subscribe button and follow for the meal plan, recipes and all the other goodies to follow that will help you
